Here are skin care tips for this summer:

Blocking the Sun:
Wrinkles, coarse skin, sun spots. These are just a few of the ways skin can become damaged if it is not protected from hazardous sun exposure. UV rays can cause photo-aging, inflammation and many other skin problems. Skin can easily be protected by the use of sunscreen and it should be applied thirty minutes before going outside. If it’s too late and the sun has already done the damage, apply cooling balms.

Getting rid of Blemishes:
The summer months are known for causing pimples because people can develop extra oils on their face from the heat. The best way to ensure more blemishes than normal don’t come up is by using oil free makeup and glycolic acid cleansers.

Healthy Diet:
One of the best ways to make sure your skin is healthy is by having a healthy diet routine. A lot of water, fruits and green vegetables will do the skin good. If a healthy diet routine is followed, you will be getting all the minerals, fibers, antioxidants, and vitamins you need, all of which will do wonders for your skin.
